From the Top of a Mountain!
I’ve been getting into hiking a bit this week - thanks to a cool iPhone app I found called Alltrails (who says technology and nature have to be enemies?!). I found this trail in Oceanside, California called the Calavera Preserve Trail.It’s situated right in the middle of the Oceanside/Vista area. It has creek that’s been dammed to create a small lake, and a large hill with a steep climb to the top.
The hill is about a 400’ climb (according to my super nerdy GPS app). It felt good to reach the top!
